Our Simple 10-Day Return Policy
We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched. We are committed to superior customer service, quality products and your complete satisfaction.
Customers may notify us of any damage or defect within 7 days from the date of delivery. Penta Orthodontics will replace the defective product with a brand new product at no extra cost.
Penta Orthodontics will try to replace the specific product ordered. However, the company reserves the right to offer an alternate product in case the product is out of stock or production.
The 10 days replacement guarantee is valid only in cases of manufacturing defects, product mismatches and transport damages and is invalid in cases of damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer.
Replacement will be provided only for purchases done directly from Penta Orthodontics.
Return Instructions
- Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition and returned within 10 days of receipt.
- If you wish to get the product replaced, please call or email our customer support center.
- Original barcodes, tags, labels, product, and brand packaging should not be tampered with.
- Item(s) should be returned in the original box without damage or writing.
- Sachets or packets accompanying the box should not be opened or tampered with.
- Refund or replacement is subject to inspection by our staff.
- Damages due to neglect or improper usage are not covered.
- Promotional offers may have special rules overriding the 10-day return policy.
- Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Please pack item(s) securely for transit. Self-shipped returns should use a reliable courier.
- Defective or damaged products must be received by us before replacement or refund processing.
Cancellation Policy
Customers cannot cancel orders on their own once payment is made. Please contact Customer Care with your order number as soon as possible.
- If cancelled before shipment, the full amount will be refunded.
- If the product has shipped, do not accept delivery and inform Customer Care.
- If an order is received and cancelled within 10 days after shipping, 10% of the total bill amount will be charged.
Refund Mode
- Products will be inspected upon receipt.
- Status of refund will be updated after inspection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Credit/Debit card, wallet, or net banking refunds will be credited to the same mode.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days (except COD).
- Refunds will not be processed for partial products or tampered packaging.
Do We Allow Exchanges?
Yes. If you ordered the wrong size, we will replace it. Please follow the return process and place a new order on Penta Orthodontics.
The refund time period will be 4–5 working days based on confirmation of product return and reverse pickup.
