Welcome to DeorKart.com. DeorKart is an online shopping website where you can easily browse products, place orders, and get them delivered to your address. This guide explains each step in very simple language, so anyone can use the website without confusion.

1. Opening DeorKart Website

  1. Open any internet browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.)
  2. Type www.deorkart.com in the address bar
  3. Press Enter
  4. The DeorKart homepage will open

On the homepage, you can see:

  • Product categories
  • Latest products
  • Offers and discounts
  • Search bar at the top

2. Creating an Account (Register)

Creating an account helps you track orders, save addresses, and checkout faster.

Steps to Create an Account:

  1. Click Sign Up / Register (top right corner)
  2. Enter the following details:
    • Full Name
    • Email Address
    • Mobile Number
    • Password
  3. Click Register / Create Account
  4. Verify your email or mobile number if asked

After registration, you can log in anytime using your email/mobile and password.

You can also shop without an account as a Guest, but registration is recommended.

3. Logging In to Your Account

  1. Click Login / Sign In
  2. Enter your registered email or mobile number
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click Login

Once logged in, you can access My Account, My Orders, and saved addresses.

4. Finding Products

4.1 Using Categories

  • Click on any category from the menu
  • Example: Clothing, Electronics, Accessories, etc.
  • All products under that category will be displayed

4.2 Using Search Bar

  1. Click on the Search Bar at the top
  2. Type the product name or keyword
  3. Press Enter

5. Viewing Product Details

When you click on a product, you will see:

  • Product images (you can zoom or scroll)
  • Product price
  • Available offers or discounts
  • Product description
  • Product specifications
  • Available sizes, colors, or variants
  • Stock availability
Please read the product details carefully before buying.

6. Adding Products to Cart

  1. Select your preferred size, color, or variant (if available)
  2. Choose quantity
  3. Click Add to Cart

After adding:

  • Cart icon will update with item count
  • You can continue shopping or go to cart

7. Viewing and Managing Cart

  1. Click the Cart Icon (top right)
  2. Review selected products

You can:

  • Increase or decrease product quantity
  • Remove a product from cart
  • Check total price

When ready, click Proceed to Checkout

8. Checkout Process

8.1 Delivery Address

  1. Add a new address or select saved address
  2. Enter details carefully:
    • Full Name
    • Mobile Number
    • House / Flat Name
    • Street, Area
    • City
    • State
    • Pincode
  3. Click Save & Continue

8.2 Order Summary

You will see:

  • Product price
  • Quantity
  • Subtotal
  • Delivery charges (if any)
  • Discounts
  • Final amount to pay
Please verify all details before payment.

9. Payment Options

DeorKart provides secure payment options such as:

  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets (if available)

Payment Steps:

  1. Select your preferred payment method
  2. Enter required payment details
  3. Complete payment securely
Do not refresh or close the browser during payment.

10. Order Confirmation

After successful payment:

  • Order confirmation message will appear
  • Order ID will be generated
  • Confirmation email/SMS will be sent
Please save your Order ID for reference.

11. Tracking Your Order

  1. Login to your account
  2. Go to My Account → My Orders
  3. Click on the order
  4. View:
    • Order status (Confirmed / Shipped / Delivered)
    • Delivery details
    • Tracking information

12. My Account Section

In My Account, you can:

  • View all your orders
  • Track current orders
  • Update profile details
  • Change password
  • Manage saved addresses

13. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment (as per policy)

Steps:

  1. Go to My Orders
  2. Select the order
  3. Click Cancel Order

Refund will be processed as per payment method and policy.

14. Returns & Refunds

  • Eligible products can be returned within the return period

Steps:

  1. Go to My Orders
  2. Select the product
  3. Click Return Request

Refund will be credited after product verification.

15. Offers, Coupons & Discounts

  • Check homepage banners for offers
  • Apply coupon code during checkout
  • Discounts will reflect in order summary
