This Payment Terms & Conditions document governs all payment-related transactions made on Deorkart, operated by YELDHO BABU PARAMBAN.

1. Payment Methods

We accept payments through secure online payment gateways, including debit cards, credit cards, net banking, UPI, and other digital payment methods as enabled on our website.

2. Payment Security

All online payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateway providers. We do not store your card details, banking details, or confidential payment information on our servers.

3. Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment, a confirmation message and/or email will be sent to the registered email ID or mobile number provided during the transaction.

4. Failed Transactions

If the payment amount is deducted from your account but the transaction shows as failed, the deducted amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method as per the payment gateway provider’s policy, usually within 5–7 working days.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our refund policy. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

6. Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation requests must be submitted as per our cancellation policy. Cancellation eligibility depends on the nature of the product or service.

7. Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and taxes are applicable as mentioned.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for any payment failures caused by internet issues, bank server issues, or payment gateway provider technical problems.
